The Jets are coming off a horrible game against the Patriots where they have been swept in the season for the first time in the Rex Ryan era. My Super Bowl Pick Is starting to show it’s up and down turmoil like it has over the past two years so don’t be fooled too much over last week’s lost. Meanwhile the Broncos are now adding an option style offense for Tim Tebow. For some reason I just think that if any QB that needs a special style offense that includes throwing the ball under 10 times it’s not going to win many ball games. Jets defense will eat up Tebow. (jets 17-3)

I really think this could be a good game from an Offensive Stand Point. I wouldn’t be shocked if the Panthers under Newton Go .500 or better in the 2nd half of the season. The Lions are looked unraveled as a team with a bad loss to the Bears. They are going to have to stay strong if they want to keep up in the playoff race. Im going with the upset pick with Newton throwing for at least 250 yards (Panthers 24-20)

I wouldn’t be shocked if this matchup is a field goal finish…with only field goals scored (Jaguars 13-9)

Another Test for the Green Bay Packers to keep the perfect season. Tampa Bay has been up and down all season but then again you are going to get that with a young player based team. I think it stays close in the first half but the Defense for the Packers finally start to show up. Makes for a good matchup on Thanksgiving between the Pack and Lions (packers 28-17)

No matter what the record is between these two, it is still Redskins vs. Cowboys. A lot has changed since their last meeting with the Redskins on a 5 game losing streek and the Cowboys now one game out of 1st in the NFC east. I think Rex Grossman will have some confidence going into this game if he starts again. Remember, he was benched and has now been given a second chance. Im going with the upset pick with a Field Goal to win it (Redskins 26-23)
BUF @ MIA

Miami doesn’t look like the team that is playing for the #1 draft pick but rather with pride. The Bills looked like the team of years past after being throttled by  Dallas. Buffalo gets back on track with a close win (Bills 20-17)

Oakland for now leads the AFC west and if they win this week, this could decide the winner right here and now. Carson Palmer is starting to get the rust off and play better each week. The Vikings are coming off a beatdown from the reigning world champion Packers. I say the AFC west Gets Screwy once again. (Vikings 20-10)

Baltimore seems to play it’s best with contenders and fall flat on their face with horrible teams. Thank goodness the playoffs only have the best of the best. A sweep of the Steelers is the only thing they have right now with tiebreakers. The Bengals only lost by a touchdown and didn’t play too badly against the Steelers. I think this game stays close but in the end, veteran defensive players are always the advantage (Ravens 16-13) Sidenote: RUN THE BALL WITH RAY RICE…anytime Flacco throws for more than 50 times is a huge problem for me.

This has all the making for being on the TV no one watches at the bar. (Seahawks 10-7)

This could be a sleeper game for how good it possibly can be. The 49ers showed that they can win even without Gore and having their secondary torn up by the Giants. The Cardinals are starting to look better each week and I think they should keep Skelton as their starter. I wouldn’t be shocked if this game goes either way and makes it interesting for the playoff Picture. I’ll stick with the 49ers to be on the safe side (49ers 20-14)

Last week’s play calling by Atlanta might of cost them a playoff spot. 4th and Inches in your own territory shows that you have no trust in your defense. Tennessee will come in for a dog fight

San Diego looks more and more like the AFC’s biggest disappointment. The opportunity for a title under Phillip rivers has slowly sailed away and now going into Solider Field with a very hot Bears team won’t help either .If the Bears can keep winning I wouldn’t be shocked if they can stay in the run for maybe the NFC North title. Only way they can do that is spoil the Packers later in the year. Take it one game at a time (Bears 23-17)

Week 3 Eli Manning torched the Eagles Defense for 4 touchdowns. Vick has cracked ribs and status is still uncertain for Sunday. Even with Vince Young as their starter, the season is dead for the Eagles. There’s also a fond memory of the Miracle at the Meadowlands 2 for some of these Giants. A Sunday Night football Game At Met Life Stadium will be a nail in the coffin for the Eagles (Giants 28-17)

I would find it very hard to believe the Chiefs would come in and give the Patriots its 2nd straight loss at home after the amazing 31 straight home wins started by Brady. This game would have had more storyline behind it if Cassel Starts but with the injury he sustained..I see Brady going for at least 3 Passing Touchdowns (Patriots 28-13)

Kevin Kolb is pretty much doubtful to play this game and the only reason they won last week was an amazing punt return in overtime. The Eagles are coming off a tough loss at home to the Bears and this looks like a great Bounce back game for this. (Eagles 24-3)
BUF @ DAL
1:00 PM
Cowboys Stadium

This game screams big running day for Fred Jackson. Last week the Cowboys game up 135 yards to Marshawn Lynch. I wouldn’t be shocked to see Jackson do the same thing. Romo will have a big game as well..but we all know what happens in the clutch. (Bills 21-17)

I seriously question what is going on in the AFC west. It’s anyone’s guess right now to who wins the division and I wouldn’t be shocked if either team came out on top with a blowout. Tebow is going to be up and down but I don’t see him playing so well against the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium. Don’t let last week’s loss fool you…the Dolphins are better than what their record shows (Chiefs 17-7)

Will the Colts actually win a game this season? This looks like their best chance yet. Blaine Gabbert needs to have the short leash be taken off and let him play. This game isn’t the one and it will cost them. (Colts 17-14) *UPSET PICK*
PIT @ CIN
1:00 PM
Paul Brown Stadium

This game will be a lot closer than anyone expects. The Bengals have shocked us all and look to be legitimate. The only problem is they have only played one relevant team that earned them a W and that was Buffalo. Pittsburgh is coming off a loss and a rookie QB is just what the doctor ordered to get back into the thick of a playoff run (Steelers 27-13)
NO @ ATL

Im starting to believe that the NFC South is the best division in football. Every team every year always seems to have a chance at the division title and there always seem to be great football played. Drew Brees looks to me will break Dan Marino’s Yard record this year and playing against Matt Ryan in a Shootout will inch him closer. This game will go down to the wire (Falcons 30-28)
TEN @ CAR

The player factor will be Cam Newton due to him showing up on the injury list. All will depend on him being healthy to play. Tennessee has been up and down and the world is starting to give up on Chris Johnson showing his old form (Titans 20-14)

The Bucs signed Albert Haynesworth off of waivers from the Patriots this week…why? (Texans 24-20 FOR THAT DAMN REASON)

Rams lost a heart breaker last week in Arizona. Playing the Browns could be a good one with two young QBs, but the Browns have yet to show me any true power in the offense behind Colt McCoy. Peyton Hillis has definitely showed me the Madden Curse is still alive and well (Rams 13-10)
WAS @ MIA

John Beck is 0-7 in his career and still is the starter. I guess when you have Rex Grossman as your backup, half your offensive playmakers hurt, if it aint broke, don’t break it more. The Dolphins got their first win over the Chiefs and will probably get #2 this week (17-10 Dolphins)
BAL @ SEA
4:05 PM

Running the ball could be hard for Ray Rice against a pesky Seahawks defense. The Ravens are coming off an all-time high after sweeping the season series against the Steelers. Look for that to swing on through this week (Ravens 23-10)
DET @ CHI
4:15 PM
Soldier Field

The bears dismantled the hearts of Eagle fans and I wouldn’t be shocked if they did it to the Lions this week. Matt Forte did have 2 fumbles last week but the bears could have a 2 headed monster for the running game if Marion barber can break free (bears 24-20)
NYG @ SF
4:15 PM
Candlestick Park

Hakeem Nicks and Mario manningham are both game time decision with Bradshaw out fo the 2nd week in a row with a broken foot. Jacobs will start but look for the 49ers to use their specialty in run defense to force Eli to be the one to carry the Giants offensive load. 49ers are 7-1 for a reason and this could really be a defensive game for the most part (Giants 20-14)
NE @ NYJ

Jets are playing a Slumping Brady and look to be back in form. However, the Pats haven’t lost three in a row under Bill Belichick since 2001. It is in New York on the road and Rex Ryan will be looking to pressure Brady all game (Jets 24-21)

The last time these two played the Vikings almost pulled the upset. Round two though is in Lambeau. Aaron Rodgers is your MVP this year without question and MNF status should show how great he really is this year (Packers 28-14)
